    Return Conditions: The item must be unused, with original tags, and in unworn condition. Items that have been washed, have perfume stains, or show signs of damage (including loss of shape or dirt) will not be accepted. Discounted items and sale items are not eligible for return. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned. Return Process: To return an item, please contact our customer service via email or phone to receive instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or incorrect. Returns must be made via courier service or postal delivery, and we recommend using trackable mail for safety. Refund Method: We provide a store credit for the value of the returned item. In exceptional cases, a refund to your payment method may be issued if the item was defective or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items: IIf the item was damaged during shipping or does not match the order, return shipping will be covered by the store. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, and we will arrange a free return.

To place an order, simply choose your favorite items, add them to your cart, and fill in your delivery details. We'll take care of everything else and start crafting your perfect item. Why does delivery take 5 to 14 days? Since every order is made individually, we need a bit more time to create and ship you exactly what you've chosen. This takes between 5 and 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and your location. We're confident that the extra time will be worth it, as you'll receive not just a product, but an exclusive item made just for you. Can I track my order? Absolutely! We know waiting can be exciting, so we ensure full tracking of your order. Once it’s shipped, you'll receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress and know exactly when it’s on its way to you. What if I haven't received my order within the expected time? We strive to deliver every order on time, but if your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, don’t worry!
